Personal Experience
Fenna holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. She has previous experience in various clinical settings, such as hospice care, recreational therapy, direct psychotherapy practice and crisis intervention.
Fenna provides a holistic approach to care, incorporating the physiological aspects of human anatomy into treatment for mental health disorders and concerns. She focuses on the intersection between chronic illness and eating disorders, as well as other crosses between physical and psychological health. By utilizing a strengths-based approach in conjunction with cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, Fenna provides a full-spectrum level of care that focuses on healing from the inside out.

Chronic illnesses, oncology, eating disorders, and couples issues are my main areas of focus, but I also have experience in anxiety and depression, dissociative identity disorder, and grief/loss.
