Ziling Ni received her B.A. in Psychology from New York University Shanghai and her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. As a bilingual and multicultural therapist fluent in English and Mandarin, Ziling specializes in supporting individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, identity-related challenges, and
relational concerns.
Ziling provides a culturally responsive, person-centered space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. Ziling’s approach integrates person-centered, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and dialectical behavioral (DBT) frameworks

Anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and cultural adjustment in immigrants and international students. Additional areas of experience include depression, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship concerns.
