Personal Experience
Rachel is a licensed social worker who specializes in therapy for children, adolescents and young adults. She holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. Her previous experience in social work roles included school-based therapeutic programming, group and individual counseling, mentorship and advocacy work.
Rachel is passionate about helping young clients navigate emotional and behavioral challenges. She employs a play-based therapeutic approach, integrating evidence-based techniques tailored to her client’s unique needs. Rachel is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment, empowering children and adolescents to express themselves and develop coping strategies.
