Personal Experience
Mary Jean is a certified Physician Assistant with 19+ years in the mental health field. She received her undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University with a Baccalaureate in Chemistry. She also earned a Masters in Medical Science and Physician assistant studies from Saint Francis University and Cook County Hospital/Malcolm X College.
As a Physician Assistant, Mary Jean has served in practice settings with people across the lifespan, including children and families. She has experience working with the whole person inclusive of their family, work, school and community. Mary Jean has supported individuals with a variety of mental health and substance use diagnoses.
Throughout her career, she has been dedicated in delivering compassionate and culturally competent care to all those she serves. She provides medication management and supportive therapy in a grounded, nonjudgmental space. Her approach is evidence-based, holistic and culturally aware. She provides services in a comfortable office setting or via telehealth visits. She seeks to be a guide along your journey to help you navigate a healthy future of wellness and healing.
