Personal Experience
Jenn received both her M.A. in Counseling and her B.A. in Psychology from DePaul University. As a therapist, she values meaningful, lasting healing over quick fixes and sees therapy as a space where people can slow down and reconnect—with themselves, their bodies and what matters most.
With warmth and curiosity, Jenn creates a space where people feel safe being exactly who they are, without pressure or judgment. She's drawn to the deep, unfolding nature of the therapeutic process and approaches her clients with care, openness and respect for their unique path. She is committed to the depth and nuance of therapy and continually engages in learning that supports meaningful, long-term change.
