Personal Experience
Jenn received both her M.A. in Counseling and her B.A. in Psychology from DePaul University. She sees therapy as a collaborative process that supports self-discovery, growth and a deeper connection to the inner experience. At the center of her work is a strong belief in the therapeutic relationship—a space where trust, safety and connection can support real change.
Her approach is grounded in a humanistic perspective, emphasizing each person’s inherent self-worth, potential for growth, and capacity for self-fulfillment. Jenn brings warmth, curiosity and humor to her work, creating a space where clients feel safe being themselves. She sees each person as whole—not a problem to be fixed—and is committed to ongoing learning that leads to meaningful, long-term growth.
