Personal Experience
Jay is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselor, receiving both his BA in Psychology and MSW from Loyola University in Chicago. He recently completed training in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM). Jay helps clients bridge the gap between what happened in the past to symptoms that clients experience in the present.
He cultivates a space for clients to deepen self-awareness and self-understanding in order to make authentic, meaningful, and self-directed life choices. He also encourages clients to be curious, in a kind and compassionate way, about the learned obstacles that have inhibited connection to Self and others.

Recovery from attachment, relational and developmental trauma, as well as addiction.
