Personal Experience
As a therapist, Ella focuses on creating a warm, collaborative space grounded in authenticity, compassion and trust. Building on individuals’ unique strengths, Ella tailors therapy using person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches to meet distinctive needs. Her goal is to help people feel supported and build self-awareness.
Ella received an M.A. in Counseling from The Family Institute at Northwestern as well as a B.A. in Psychology from Indiana University. Prior to becoming a therapist, she worked professionally as a baker and community youth mentor.
